Your information

Privacy

This page describes the information used by the Piton Labs website and the ways to contact us about it.

Project inquiries

When you send a project brief, we receive the name, email, company, and project information you provide. We use it to respond, understand the work, and continue the conversation. Optional fields help us prepare; you can leave them blank.

Please don’t include customer records, account details, credentials, or other sensitive financial information. We can arrange an appropriate way to share those if the project needs it.

Call bookings

Booking details are used to create a Google Calendar event and send an invitation to your email. Availability checks return open appointment times; other event names, attendees, and descriptions are not shown to visitors.

Services used by the website

When online forms are enabled, Resend delivers project inquiries, Google Calendar handles bookings and invitations, Zoom hosts calls, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. These providers process the information necessary to perform those functions.

Upstash Redis stores temporary booking event identifiers and reservation states to prevent duplicate submissions. These records contain no name, email, or project details and expire the day after the call.

The site does not load advertising trackers or send your inquiry text to analytics. Hosting infrastructure may record operational request information, such as IP addresses and errors, to serve and protect the site.

Contact and requests

To ask about information you’ve shared or request its correction or deletion, email hello@pitonlabs.com. Project correspondence is retained as needed for the relationship and applicable business recordkeeping.
